Ultra Bee Brake Upgrade: Which Kit Fits Your E-Moto or E-Bike

Ultra Bee style brakes are one of the most common upgrades on e-motos and pedal assist e-bikes. They improve stopping power over stock and make wheelies easier. Here is which kit fits which bike. All of them live in our brake systems collection.

• Sur-Ron LBX and E Ride: pre-bled Ultra Bee rear brake.
• Talaria X3, MX3, MX4: pre-bled Ultra Bee brake kit.
• Tuttio, Yozma, Heybike, Strike 48V: pre-bled Ultra Bee brake.
• Ridstar, Super 73, Macfox and similar e-bikes: pre-bled Ultra Bee brakes. An upgraded 220mm rotor is needed for these bikes, so choose the option that includes it if you do not already have one.
• ETM RTR Sport and Lite: pre-bled Ultra Bee brakes from EXCdesigns in the same collection.

Foot brake kits

Want a motorcycle-style rear brake instead? Foot brake kits are available for the Sur-Ron LBX and E Ride, and for Tuttio and Yozma.
